Immigrant Visa Processing in London, England
The US Embassy in London can accept immigrant petitions from US citizens in the UK who wish to petition any Immediate Relative or Family Based qualifying relative. US citizens whose principal residence is not in the UK jurisdiction, and/or who have entered the United Kingdom as a temporary visitor/student/or with limited leave to enter and remain in the United Kingdom, must file the petition with the appropriate US Citizenship & Immigration Service Center (USCIS) in the United States.
The Embassy requires evidence in the form of a photocopy of the leave to remain stamp in the petitioner's passport (must also include a photocopy of the photo page of US passport) or a letter from the Home Office confirming the petitioner's status in the United Kingdom; or a copy of the petitioner's orders if he/she is a member of the US military stationed in the United Kingdom.
The US Embassy in London does not process employment based petitions. All petitions related to employment based visas must be filed at the appropriate USCIS Service Center in the US.
Immigrant Visa Processing in Paris, France
The consular officers at the United States Embassy in Paris do not accept I-130 petitions for immediate relative or family-based immigration to the United States. All I-130 petitions must be filed with US Citizenship & Immigration Service Center (USCIS) in the United States.
Employment based petitions must also be filed at the appropriate US Citizenship & Immigration Service Center (USCIS) in the US.

Many travelers seeking to enter the US for business or tourism for up to 90 days will be eligible to travel to the United States visa free under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP). Those individuals seeking to enter the US under different circumstances may need a visa.
Nonimmigrant Visa Processing in Paris, France
Many travelers seeking to enter the US for business or tourism for up to 90 days will be eligible to travel to the United States visa free under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP). A traveler must hold a round trip ticket and either:
- an electronic passport; or
- A French Machine Readable passport issued before October 26, 2005
